Food Matters made our casual lunch for 70 people very easy for us. They not only provided the delicious food they also put thought into the process and flow needed to feed everyone without stress or queues at a buffet. Feedback from our guests was excellent. Everyone had a great time, we were all able to relax and enjoy connecting with each other. The compliments on the food kept coming! It was all delicious. No mess, no fuss. We could focus on hosting our guests and enjoying the event.

Food Matters Catering supplied great catering for lunches and a roast dinner at our family celebration at Edrom Lodge, for nearly 40 people.
Their attention to detail in planning, to allow for some complex dietary requirements, was thoughtful and complete.
The timing of the meals was exactly as requested and their friendly, efficient manner was ideal for our guests.
For lunch we had a mixture of rolls, wraps and cut sandwiches with a good variety of fillings. For dinner we chose the option to have chicken and roast beef with two hot vegetable dishes, baked potatoes and a salad.
Our guests congratulated me (reflected glory!) on the quality of the meals and the few guests we had, who needed gluten free meals, were very excited by the fact that they had a choice of wraps at lunchtime and all of the dinner dishes, including the gravy, had been made without gluten, so they were not restricted to one special plate on the side.
I would certainly recommend Jeanette and Scott as caterers for any local events.

I would highly recommend Food Matters Catering, it was very easy to decide upon the food requirements , a very good choice was made available to choose from. On the day of our party the setup was completed very efficiently and the food was served at precisely the time we had asked. We hired Jeanette and her team to cater for our wedding in March. From the first conversation had with Jeanette I felt at ease and knew she would do a great job. Extremely easy to deal with, extremely professional service and extremely well organized. The food served was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it.
