I am in the process of transferring the website of our luxury accommodation across to Telligence as it has come highly recommended to me. Previously I had been promised by other hosts a one-stop solution that did not eventuate despite paying considerable sums of money. So far I have been very impressed with the the communication, timeliness, patience and sensitivity to my needs offered by the team at Telligence. Once the process has been completed I will give an update but so far I have been very satisfied. Previously I had been given little support by other hosts but from what I had heard from other not for profit and for profit organisations that use Telligence the support is on going and and excellent value for money.

Absolute junk and run the domain scam of not warning you about your expiry of your domain name during the 30 days cancellation period when you can renew, but tell you just after that you can pay them to get your name back in a self created redemption period. There is a woman on the front desk who has an appalling manner and the nerds on the tech line are condescending and send you answers that have nothing to do with your questions. Kind of like getting a tooth pulled with no anesthetic! Find any other company to register your domain with. Finally mine are moved.

Update: And note the ridiculous reply! Sorry you had trouble accessing your account! Absolutely nothing to do with my problems or the scam they are running !
I rest my case.

Edit Feb 8th: Now they have just rang my competitors and sold our main domain directly before we can get it back by them stating 26th feb. Total scammers. Beware of dealing with this company. Legal action is now being organised.
