Sid and the team are the best in the business! We had a (Very) late order that we needed- these guys did it in an hour - and look at the results! All done on a Saturday morning. Holy Cross Rhinos are very appreciative of this kind of service and will be back!

I’ve never been so happy to attend a shop like this one. There are soooooo many sample trophies, medals, etc on display at the shop. You have to see it for yourself.

I had to take my time to look around and choose the one I wanted.
The customer service was very pleasant.
I was turned down for trophies at other places that needed such a long leading time. Fair enough, some businesses are so busy. I get that.
To make just 1 trophy within 2 business days is no big deal. And my trophy and medal was done on the spot.

Anyhow, I’m so happy to have found a business that treats you like a person and not just like another customer who walks through the doors.

I’m definitely recommending West Ryde Trophies to everyone who requires a trophy, medal, plaques, awards, etc.

Thank you to the very friendly and courteous staff who attended me and helped me with the engraving and also ribbon selection.

I can not begin to express my Gratitude for the Team at West Ryde Trophies. They went above and beyond from the very beginning!!! Not only did they open the shop for me on a long weekend which they were closed to begin with but they were so curtious and helpful through out the whole experience, no request was too big or too small and it was all done with smiles! Fantastic service and awesome outcome!
I went and visited Sid who helped me to build a custom Star Wars trophy for a friend with laser etched logo and mounted Mandalorian!
Absolutely stoked with the end result, I would highly recommend for their friendly service, range and price!

Extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Kicked us out of the store because we were right about our assertions on their questionable business practices i.e. calling me 'darling' and belittling us for knowing more about the engraving industry than her. She even followed us outside, shouting at us for no reason other than to belittle us even more 'Go somewhere else Daarling!' Best off ordering online somewhere else for far less and going to an engraver. They don't have engravers here.
