10 stars 🌟 the staff are really nice to the kids. Very inclusive, everyone belongs. Vacation care is jam packed with fun activities every day. Before and after school care is amazing. Fe and the team go above and beyond to ensure the kids are safe, have fun and learn respect towards their friends. I feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful OOSH. My son has made lots of great friends and loves every moment he spends there.

The team at FairPlay have been nothing but accommodating. You simply could not find a more passionate and committed group of people when it comes to child care. A strong sense of community is instilled in the children. My son loves it here!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I would.
Made a booking, provided all information required. To receive a text message the Friday before Vacation Care starting on the Monday that there were no spaces. No heads up at the time of enrolling or during any of the conversations were we given a heads up the centre was close to capacity or anything at all.
When talking on the phone with the centre I was accused of yelling, when I barely raised my voice and it appears the person on the phone lacks communication skills, empathy, compassion for the situation. Now on the last day of school term, I need to find a centre in the Tarro/Woodberry/Thornton area with spaces. Wish me luck!!

Fe has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve just transferred our kids here after deciding to leave the OOSH connected to our school. Fe has been beyond supportive and professional, she’s taken her own time to visit our school and make arrangements, and has made us feel so welcome throughout the transition. I’m so excited for my kids to be a part of this OOSH!!
