Let me begin this with an overview. Roll’d as a prominent takeaway restaurant chain is a particularly interesting figure. The combination of restaurant quality food and quick takeaway is awe inspiring and the consistent effort put into their food is astounding.
Now, the St Leonard’s branch in particular, has been a prominent figure in my life for quite some time now. From a quick lunch in between classes, to a late night snack. This place has it all. The food itself is always jaw dropping and impresses me every time I attend. Next, the service. The service at this establishment must be studied. From the nice ladies at the front counter who continually strike up intriguing conversation, to the kitchen workers communicating excellently with the front area workers. The chemistry shown by this team is terrific and genuinely brightens up my day each time I see the smiles these workers wear with pride. The atmosphere. Arguably, the most important part of a restaurant. The atmosphere this restaurant provides is absolutely terrific. I feel as though I have literally travelled to Vietnam each time I experience the culinary delights they provide me with. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a meal that will satisfy that hunger in your stomach.

The bánh mì here is fantastic! The bread is perfectly crispy, and the fillings are fresh and flavorful. Every bite is a delicious blend of textures and tastes. Highly recommend!

Literally so gross! I have no issue with food ever and I’m not one for a week stomach but to have a sandwhich covered in mould. I can understand a tiny spec of mould getting missed but the amount of mould on my roll could not have been missed. Then I get told I’ll get a call back 3 times and no one calls me back to discuss the fact that they can make someone very sick.

The food at the shop is authentic Vietnamese, and the menu is also diverse such as Pho, BBh, and Spring rolls, recommend spring rolls to everyone 🤩, and the service is enthusiastic, cute and friendly 💯

The steamed buns were terrible...the buns were soggy. There were 2 tiny 'prawns' in the crispy prawn bun and two small pieces of fatty pork and two inedible pieces of crackling in the pork and crackling bun. I did question the amount of pork and after some explanation about the problem I did get 3 more pieces of pork! The rice paper rolls are ok but the ratio of protein to rice noodles is still lacking. Sadly most of my lunch was uneaten and I needed to order more food next door at a fast food venue! ...

I had an excellent Bahnmi barbecue chicken roll, I was a bit disappointed that they don't serve lemon grass chicken. Over all taste was excellent (bit sweet), ingredients were fresh and bread roll was crusty from the outside and soft from the inside.
