Never again!

Order placed 6.53pm, order received 8.01pm. The order system is not honest about ETA.

I feel sorry for the stressed staff & customers who are waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for food. We’ve been here a few times & the tables are always dirty - see photos. One prior visit 6 months ago we waited 1 hour for food & were given complimentary drinks. Tonight the staff were very stressed & made my order incorrect twice despite me giving the order multiple times to multiple staff. It wasn’t a great experience. Customers were receiving the wrong orders, multiple customers waiting long times & phone ringing off the hook with complaints. Staff said it was an isolated incident but if you check the other reviews, it’s def not.

Despite liking the brand, we won’t be back again

Got a pick up order and received one of them with the bottom half missing. So we received only the top bun, meat and cheese. Missing bottom half of bun, salad relish…. ruined our family dinner and my poor mum had to have a frozen dinner. Pretty pathetic.

I get a build your own burger for my daughter every week. I never one for myself and won’t again. The Asian staff member who took my order I had continually tell him what I would try purchase. I specifically requested no herb sauce, small amount of mayo and relish. Repeated twice and told him the bun I wanted. He went through my order again which I had to tell him the bud. There was a tone on mayo and relish so it was a mess and the bun like a wet sponge.

He showed no customer service like he didn’t want to be there

Such a disappointment today. The staff are usually friendly but one particlilar female staff member was incredibly rude.
The food is always amazing and this particular review is about the lack of customer service and dirty tables.
Do better!

Hot the sweet potato chips with chipotle mayo sauce which was a 5/5 however there was a hair inside. Staff passing through the orders were friendly however the girl at the front register on Friday was a little rude.

Love the service here. Burgers are delicious as always but staff are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly and tastes delicious (get the low carb buns). The Vegetarian (beyond meat) burgers are a different offering to other burger places and don't fill you up so much. Sweet potato fries are tasty as well. Get the Grilled app for special offers too.

I popped in to grab a quick bite however at the start of service-5:30pm- almost every table I attempt to sit at is dirty. I decide to get takeaway and eat outside but a quick trip to the toilet reveals it’s filthy and there’s no toilet paper. This is the start of service. If this restaurant can’t keep up with the basics of cleanliness in the public spaces what’s happening in the kitchen? I leave without ordering.
