I last visited Grilled in Canberra a few years ago and was impressed. Tonight I visit Grilled in Neutral Bay (Sydney) with my 6 year old daughter and surprisingly had the same quality in food, service and atmosphere. I'd been craving a burger for over a week but it's hard to find good vegetarian options. It's been years since I went to Grill'd but I'm so glad I did! This burger was so fresh and piping hot. The snack chips were a generous serving and super crunchy and flavoursome.
They know how to cook their impossible meat here too! It was juicy AF.
Staff were also very friendly and the inside dining facilities were spacious and super clean.
Heal thy burgers indeed! Can I get a hallelujah? 😝

Our family buys Grill'd fairly often but this review is to particularly commend one of the super-helpful staff members (Sam Hopper) at Grill'd Neutral Bay who went above-and-beyond with our pick-up order recently. We were severely delayed picking up our order after a late-night flight and Sam stayed back cleaning the Store, well after closing time, to give us time to get there. Sam was so obliging, bright and helpful. He's a credit to your business and deserves the highest praise for his service, positivity and willingness to help a customer. We were blown-away and so grateful to get our food because we were all desperately hungry. Thanks so much Sam!

The hamburgers are really good, and I am not a chip person, but their chips are outstanding. And to boot there is 3 varieties. Potato, sweet potato and zucchini. One young man stood out. Levi was very quick, polite and efficient. Good work !!

Good proximity, parking easily available on weeknights. Food of a good quality, service is quick. Nice selection of beers, not many but good brands.

Food was great, but wanted to also compliment the staff. It was close to 9pm and they were friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The young lad even came out to ask how everything was with the food and ask if we needed anything. It’s little things like this that go a long way so well done to him and the staff on duty.

Frequently visit this Grill’d and the food here is always spot on. The staff are great and the service is consistently good. They cater to gluten free diets and coeliacs as well and use separate grills for allergies which is great to see.
