I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries for take away, pick up as soon as it ready. When I ate the burger and it was cold like a sandwich.. It took me less than 10mins to walk back home. The taste were awful too, not recommend as all👎🏻

The burnt pineapple taste went through the whole burger and it was bitter and horrible to eat. this was an awful burger.

• Food below average. The buns here always seem to be stale and really hard. The meat patties are usually overcooked too, bordering on burnt. They are also really stingy with sauces and ingredients like avocado.

• Staff are pretty rude and inattentive, but then again, I don’t usually have high hopes when it comes to franchised hospitality venues. Our food was prepared then sat on the bench for about 10 minutes. The staff were very aware that it was ready to be taken out to the table, but they just ignored it. We ended up grabbing it ourselves. Note that it was not busy, as we were the only ones there.

• The “atmosphere” would probably be why this grill’d is far worse than others. There appears to be rodents, birds and/or other pests (?) due to the amount of excrement everywhere. Dead cockroaches as well.

The floor especially needs a good clean, oil from the deep fryer seems to have been mopped all over the floor? Who knows. In any case, the hygiene and cleanliness would not be up to scratch!

I love this burger but the restaurant in Chatswood was very good,in lane cove is really bad,
Very dirty,cockroach everywhere,staff disrespectful,food wasn’t warm at all and very dirty,when I ask for cleaning they just cleaned another desk and then after that she cleaned half of the desk for me😵‍💫

I am a delivery man and they made me wait 30 minutes for two orders. Very unpleasant and disrespectful towards the delivery men. They did it on purpose because they noticed that I didn't know how to speak English very well. The second is on her phone while the other cook takes care of making the order. I recommend that the delivery man think twice before accepting an order from them.

Tried the new Grill’d recently and it was OK, a bit overpriced for what we got. Burgers were small’ish, was pretty average and didn’t come with anything other than the burger itself. Some chips would have been good! So we ordered the zucchini and sweet potato fries to accompany which was ok too! Anyway, service was friendly and fast!

I don't know whether it is Uber Eats or this restaurant, but we've just received a barely warm delivery. This is our second order, and, both times, the same burger order was messed up. On neither occasion was the tomato removed as requested. On the first occasion, the core ingredient (pineapple) was completely missing. On the second occasion, we ordered extra pineapple as a direct result of our previous experience, and got 3/4 of one ring - one ring is standard in summer sunset, so we did not get the add-on we paid for at all. So, in effect, zero changes were made (aka all changes were ignored). That's 2/2 occasions that the order was wrong.

I’m a Grill’d fanatic, literally eat it every week and would love to make this my new regular but too many times has the service been a let down and subpar compared to other Grill’ds.

Tonight the waitress told me there’s a wait time of 10mins which I was fine and I offered to do my order on the app however none of the tables were cleaned, she offered to clean a table but then disappeared and when she came back started making a drink and didn’t clean any tables. There was barely anyone dining there and plenty of staff working. I’ve seen numerous other Grill’ds be much more efficient.

As we stood at the register in front of two staff we left as we were being completely ignored and it was apparent our business was not wanted. There are numerous other businesses in the area with far greater service and great food.
