Phorible! Ordered one Beef and a Chicken Phò, it had one leaf of coriander, 3-4Slices of Beef, Chicken was from pre pack. Soup was watered down version of a Phò soup, wouldn’t be surprised if it was from packet. Rice roll cabinet was full of trapped Bull Flies. Been to a real Vietnamese Resto in Springvale Vic, where a $15 serve would fill u up to Dinner. Very disappointing!! Can’t see this franchise expanding or lasting.

Great tasting and healthy options available with minimal wait time (even for cooked on order items).

I am a big fan of the noodles in a cup, rice paper rolls and the Pho soups, but can't fault anything I've had from this store.

In my experience, the staff have always been friendly, accommodating and efficient. The food presentation was good. There's also a nice vibe about the space.

I highly recommend coming by and trying out their food offerings!

When the manager brings their own food from elsewhere to eat while doing the roster….you know it’s bad.
The Bahn Mi is really awful. The chicken must have been marinated for weeks. The bread is dry and tasteless and dark in colour. The salad in the Bahn Mi is stale and not fresh.
So you can’t call this Bahn Mi.
Not in comparison to Marrickville Pork Roll or Phu Cuong King's Hot Bread in Hurstville.

If you love traditional Vietnamese flavours, hospitality and generosity, then you have come to the wrong shop.

This is a fast food franchise seeking to capitalise on the growing demand for Vietnamese cuisine and failing its customers.

Pho is probably made from a powdered stock.

The location is very convenient inside a shopping centre with plenty of parking, disability access and easy to grab a quick meal.

It is a real shame the flavours are bland, the meat is oxidised, the portions are far from generous and basic condiments like Vietnamese mint and satay chilli/oil are not available.

Too noisy for a chat or catchup with friends.

This is my third try hoping it will improve, sadly not.

There are plenty of other great food options available on the area, why not try them all.

The noodles in the cup is always my favourite but first time to this store and I think personally the soup taste better here. The sweet potato fries cooked perfect with some sauce to add. Spring rolls were cooked to a awesome crunchiness and taste was so good. I highly recommend coming by and trying out their products when you can. Great taste. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Fresh new restaurant in Pacific Square. Huge array of fresh rice paper rolls in the display window so I had to try - I definitely recommend the roast duck & BBQ chicken - amazing paired with the chilli oil sauce!

It's raining outside, and this is the best pho noodles I've ever had in any season. Very tasty foods. Sweet potatoes and spring rolls are crunchy and delicious with any sauce. My favourite songs are playing in the background, making the atmosphere cosy.

I ordered Barbeque Chicken Bahn Mi and my husband had the Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi at $9.50 each. Although tasty, the servings were small, you can only count the number of small chicken and Beef pieces, between a few grated carrots and coriander. The photos are deceiving. Even my vietnamese friend said that they are a bit overpriced. BTW, 1 Banh Mi did not fill me up for lunch - I am still hungry! Also, please, no more plastic containers, as I have seen, being used to serve to customers.
