Solid choice for a burger in Sydney CBD. I tried the Betty's Double, with the Betty's Fries and didn't disappoint - really tasty and flavourful burger.

The burger comes with 2x beef patties, 2x slices of cheese, bacon, onions, pickles and sauces - no salad because who has time for salad on a burger.

Only complaint is not a fan of having to pay extra for fries but in saying that fries were thin cut, well seasoned and pretty good

Deluxe burger plus pineapple. 15 min waiting, Bread is not warm (room temp) but it’s still soft and moist not dry, i checked after walk out within 1 minute.

Paddy is thicker than another fast food shop, a bit burn and bad shaping but the test is not too dry and crispy at the burn edge. Cheese is not strong, mild taste. Taste of sauce is not surprisingly.

Pineapple is so big, good amount of vegetable and fresh. The taste of whole burger is good (ps. From some of the images, i grilled the bun more at home, so it looks more crispy)

I had their classic burger after assurance from the staff that they keep their beef and bacon separate.
Burger was tasty, chips were good and their spicy mayo sauce was excellent.
The only thing I didn't like was the loud music.

It's the value for money that's the problem here. Certainly the food is not terrible but when you pay $40 for burger, chips and drink.... you expect more. They got my order wrong initially but they quickly fixed. The burger nice but was eaten in a few mouthfuls it was small. The chips were the highlight. I can't bring myself to give this more than 3 stars as I believe I overspent heavily at this place. Nice but heavily overpriced. They dont do combos each thing is paid separately, bit of a cash grab in my opinion for just a standard burger joint.

Came on a Saturday afternoon. The young blonde manager dealt with a difficult customer in front of us impeccably. Also we made a large order with quite a few changes and she was extremely friendly and happy to help. Amazing customer service. Our food was excellent and the service was brilliant. 10/10 to the manager on duty. Will definitely be back here next time I bring the family to darling harbour.
