If I could give less than one star, I certainly would.

I was interested in purchasing a property in Nowra, but commuting from Sydney made inspections challenging. I decided to make an offer first, planning to inspect the property afterwards. After rushing from Sydney to Nowra on a busy day for the inspection, I encountered a concerning shift in behaviour from the agents once they realized I was serious about the property. My experience with EMA and Ellie from Integrity was extremely unprofessional. Their communication felt overly diplomatic, almost as if they were manipulating potential buyers.
After discussing my financial situation, I was pressured into signing a 66W form. When I hesitated, they quickly changed their approach, claiming another buyer had made a higher offer and altering their narrative. Following several conversations with Ellie, I had my accountant set up a new bare trust company, which cost me $2,750, as I intended to make the purchase through my SMSF. This journey with Integrity has been incredibly frustrating; losing that money and wasting half a workday added to my difficulties, and their handling of the entire situation was unprofessional and biased.

After reading several one-star reviews and their responses, I realized they rarely take responsibility for their mistakes and often blame the buyers. I hope other buyers do not have to endure the same frustrating experience I've had, and I believe it is essential for them to recognize the importance of integrity in the real estate business

I can’t thank Kelly Jamieson and her team, Ellie and Ema, enough for their exceptional service. My brother and I had the difficult task of selling our mum’s house — our family home that our parents built, full of lifelong memories.
