WankaWayne issued me a full refund for my Heavy Duty Charger Cable that broke on first use. Nice and quick, He did not even want to touch my cable to verify the issue. I will definitely be buying my charger cords from here again good service

Went into store at 8.45am to do printing. I needed assistance but was told by staff member she didn’t know how to do this. Manager of store also did not know how to do this. I was told I would have to wait until 9am when staff who know what they are doing arrive at work.
Why offer a service and not staff it with experienced staff.
Extremely poor that a manager isn’t aware of how to work in all departments in his store.

Rang up the store and spoke to a very helpful lady and she was not only happy to look for cardboard that I needed, she also held it up at the register, at the time I didn't know that my misses had just left the store with the same product as I asked for. I didn't get your name, I'd like to thank you for your professionalism and your happy phone mannerism. Job well done and keep up your excellent service.

Bought a new Iphone ProMax 256gb for a present, the person wanted the 512gb so I took it back to exchange. The initial staff member that looked at it was great checked it and confirmed that original packaging was not tampered with and it was no problem but they didn't have any 512gb in stock and they would organise a refund and I could order it on line to have it delivered to the store but she needed a managers approval.
That's when everything went pear shape the next member that I assume was part of management started looking over the phone with a magnifying glass and advised me that because I had bough it a a different Officeworks store they were unable to contact the manager I migh need to take it back to the store I bought it from. This did not sit well with me as the other store was some 100km away and I asked her if she knew Officeworks returns policy ,which she replied that she had a procedure to follow and she wasn't risking the return even though she also agreed that the package was not tampered with as they have had instances where people had somehow changed the phones inside and returned them.I insisted that I wanted my money back as per their returns policy and I initially wanted to upgrade it and I was using the same card I purchased it with and flybuys and plus I needed to provide my drivers license, the only thing they didn't do was fingerprint me. For half an hour other staff members attended looking over the phone talking on the phone carrying on until the staff member decided to break the seal and check inside and wow it was the genuine phone. Meanwhile they made me feel like some criminal waiting for them to finish their management procedures .In the end they gave me my money back and needles to say I won't be ever buying and expensive items from Officeworks,but all is not lost I will still buy a odd paper clip and pen when I need them from them. Wow with management like that and the ratings what they are on here they are on a path of another disappearing chain. The CEO should be proud that the staff followed in-store procedures and forget about honest custom👏👏

Saw a man be EXTREMELY rude to an elderly man asking for help with his phone. Even suggested that the guy pay him for lessons on how to use it. No way to treat any person let alone an old man. His upset was understandable given how awful this guy acted. Kindness is free. Do better.

Went to buy a phone but very limited options and virtually zero accessories. No screen protectors, no cases. I had to go elsewhere. Staff was scarce and whilst knowing I’m in the store they did nothing to assist let alone ask me if I needed help.

Quite possibly the worst customer service in any shop I’ve been into. There’s one lady that is unreal and goes out of her way others will have long conversations right in front of you whilst standing waiting.
