Based on local search and Google reviews I called yesterday regarding a Hot Water service electrical failure. Jack was excellent in allocating time (same day service) to check and fix the outage. He called to advise of a delay in arrival late afternoon, yet all fixed in one day! Excellent service, very customer focused and friendly.

Jack did a great job for my mother-in-law when her aircon went on the blink. Organised the pensioners rebate and installed the new unit the following day. Very happy (so is the mother-in-law, warm to now 😁). Highly recommended.
