The boys from McGrath Electrical and Data Grafton are punctual, arriving right on time, and took the time to explain the situation and what needed to be done. I really appreciated how genuine and honest they were throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Mcgrath electrical, they installed a new security system in our pub Rest Point Hotel Copmanhurst! They were extremely helpful in the planning stage, the office staff were efficient at sorting our quotes (extremely happy with pricing) and the communication we received during the process was top notch. Over the last 2 days we have done a full internet upgrade moving our business over to starlinc commercial. Absolutely hopeless, asked them to come do a quote on the Friday to install a split air-conditioning system and they said someone would come the following Wednesday, no one came, called them and was told the guy got held up and they told me he would come the following Wednesday and once again no one came. Called them again and they put me on to a guy on the phone who said he would do a quote on the phone, asked me all the details like where the unit would be placed and how far from the circuit box it would be.He then told me it would cost around 900 dollars, maybe less were his words.He then told me I would receive an email with the quote within 2 days.Four days later still no email. Called them again and they told me I would receive the quote within an hour. Half an hour later I received the quote which was over 1,600 dollars, I had 2 other quotes which were just under 1000 dollars. Don't do business with these people they are way overpriced and their service is useless.

The service from Dave, Jayden and the office staff of McGrath Electrical and Data was amazing. Dave and Jayden had our security cameras installed with no fuss. We did not think that they would get them in before Christmas as we did not give them the go ahead until the last minute. They were punctual and very respectful while in our home. The office staff were very very helpful in organising the installation of the cameras. I highly recommend this company for any of your data and electrical needs.

I recently had my house rewired, fans installed, new lights, and a new aircon installed. I was given very prompt service. I found the reception ladies very accommodating and worked in with me.
The workers were very respectful of my house and were very polite. They kept informing me of what was happening and asked permission to do alternative work where needed.
The tradesmen were very tidy workers.
I would highly recommend the young workers Zac and Lachy along with the aircon tech Brendan and his electrical sideman.
