Have just got the keys for our new house, and am so happy. Pycon homes have been fantastic from start to finish and delivered on every aspect - timelines, quality, level of finish and budget. Our site supervisor Ashley was terrific and really made us feel like part of the build. Nothing was ever a problem, and he just kept things to the schedule. The team in the office were so good to deal with, particularly considering the list of extras we wanted. Lory was great with the colours and interior design, her knowledge and experience was so good. Then Kristy, Anna and Erin sorted all the paperwork so professionally. Not very often do you find a company who delivers exactly what they promised, but I can say Pycon have probably exceeded on what they promised us. Very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting a quality build and people who know how to deliver it. Some photos attached.

We would like to say Thank You to Pycon for building us a beautiful home! We were really pleased with the whole process. From the start with Belina working out a plan that would suit what we were after, to Lory who was so helpful with the interior designing stage. Her knowledge & co-ordinating of colours and styles was exceptional.

To the admin staff, Erin & Kristy who were so helpful. We could ask them anything and it was never a problem, they would resolve any issues asap. Also, Richard, Scott, Drew and our site supervisor Ash were always available to help and answer any queries we had. As we lived 350kms away from the build, it was never an issue if we needed information and updates.

Pycon delivered us our forever home that we are extremely happy with. We were impressed with the time it took to build, it exceeded our expectations! We had updates and photos every fortnight and were amazed at the progress they were making. The quality and finishes are exceptional.

If you're looking to build a new home, we highly recommend Pycon as the builders for you!

This is the biggest purchase you will ever make and I have done alot of research that led me to building with Pycon.
I have just moved in and felt like I am home from the moment I walked in the door.
The process from start to finish has been amazing and I felt like part of the family from day 1. The staff are all locals and you will likely meet them at your local kids football game or down at the local pub which provides an amazing level of confidence that they have your best interests at heart.
Do not fall for the initial cheap price from some builders as they will add thousands to the build as you go along. Pycon provided the only honest fixed price contract and also provided a high standard of finishes at the start which meant very little variations.
The designer they provided to pick my finishes made it an awesome experience and the supervisor that was assigned to my build remained to the end and was a perfectionist.
Pycon strive to be an honest company and I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home - I will only ever build again with Pycon.
