We haven't serviced our car here yet, but have had a couple interactions with them for advice when we were looking at buying second hand. Not once did they turn us away for asking too many questions, and they are quite knowledgeable.

They have had the best customer service out of all mechanics we've ever spoken with and we will be bringing our car in from now on, as we feel confident with their knowledge and advice from previous communications.

They overcharge. If you are female, avoid this mechanic if you dont have much knowledge of cars. They prey upon females who wear makeup and dress stereotypically feminine. Go in for a rego check and they decide to change a light globe and charge $46 for parts and labour, total nearly $100 for the rego check. I told the bloke I didn't approve work on my car and he told me "it's already done, it's already in". I told him to take it out and he argued with me. I told him "Mate all I came in for was a rego check". I had a globe at home and someone to change it for free, but the bloke at Regos & More decided for me that he'd do it and charge me during my rego check. I called my uncle for back up and he said "tell them to take it out". I started to become increasingly upset at being treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally by yet another mechanic. I waited for them to take out the new globe they decided to put into my car. The bloke threatened me by saying "so it's just a fail then". I knew that leaving after being told my front tyres and left headlight needed attention did not mean that I couldn't get my car passed at all, but had I been younger than 42 I might’ve believed him and accepted his charges. Previous visit months prior, I was quoted "no more than about $600 for brakes and tyres. Was charged nearly $800 and when I showed the receipt to my uncle he asked me why I agreed to being charged for tyre disposal fee when it's included at tyre places, and I said that I wasn't given the option, that I wasn't told before they started working on my car. I had queried the total and they explained that they ran into some issues and had to charge a bit more, and they didn't quote *exactly* $600, just "about" $600. I don't think that nearly $200 more than $600 is "about $600. They are dodgy. If not all of them, then definitely one in particular, because it was the same bloke both times at the front desk who overcharged me. If that's who they choose to have dealing with customers and sales, then the whole business is dodgy. My advice: avoid them.

Absolutely the Best of the Best!
Steve dropped everything to fix our motorhome radiator fan just before Xmas. Expert job, super price, honest and top bloke can't beat that. Thankyou soooo much Steve. Best wishes. 😃😃

Had a wonderful experience here. I'd been ripped off by KIA in Castle Hill and quoted $1600 to replace my battery, front brake pads and front rotors! 😠 Paul did it all for $490!!! 🎊 He also told me I did not need a new battery. He also fixed up the mistakes made by KIA at Castle Hill that could have cost me thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. Paul is honest and will not rip you off and your car will be well taken car of!! If you want an honest, reliable and affordable mechanic take your car here!!! 🤗

Great place to get your car done but the main fella behind the desk likes to be a bit Judgemental, especially if your not fully knowledgeable in what you want done, can definitely tell he thinks he's above you when you don't know what you're talking about about.

Can't recommend this place enough.

From the very first phone call Steve was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Was able to bring it in the same day, where he and his boys diagnosed the issue in less than half an hour while juggling other tasks.
Took it in the next morning and had it back that day.
