Ordered a pillow 5/12/24. Told wouldn't be available until after Christmas. Went to store on 8/1/25 enquiring as to when I might expect to receive the item. The staff member (Wayne from 'bedding') told me the item had arrived on the 23/12/24 but with a shrug of his shoulders "huh, Christmas hey - sorry 'bout that" to excuse the fact that no one contacted me. I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone to enquire after 5 weeks.
I have had other bad experiences and poor service from this store before but dismissed it as staff having a bad day.
Not good enough Harvey Norman. Will never shop there again.

Stood at an appliance for 25minutes, only 1 other customer in store, finally ask the so called sales assistant the price on said box as no price stickers in sight. He said "I'm sorry but not my department " couldn't even scan it for me. Told him how disgusting it was to let me stand for 25min and no help

There are two sections to Harvey Norman taree. One all electrical like TVs. Washing machines kettles and do on. The other is all furniture. Lounges and beds etc for a house. The staff are pleasant and want to help you. There is a full range of electrical eith TVs in all sizes.

Wanted a Samsung tablet decided to buy from this store even though I could get exact same online but thought I'd get it quicker shopping in person. Told it wasn't in stock it would come up from Newcastle rang 2 days later told it's coming from Sydney. Now 9 days later still no sign of the tablet. Been fobbed off twice. Not good enough Mr Harvey. Was going to give them more business but not now. Bing lee will treat me better.
