My mum booked a mystery car for cheap and we received a kluger hybrid for the day. Absolutely loved the drive, car was smooth and talk about savings on petrol. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great on pick up but it was not mentioned that drop off was unmanned for return of vehicle as it was a public holiday. It meant that dropping off my rental before my flight outside of office hours was not permitted, and so entailed two unnecessary cab/taxi fares on a public holiday to an unmanned desk at the airport. Sensible flexibility should have foreseen this option as a viable customer service to grant a solo woman traveller. Cannot comment on return service yet as I haven't seen a report or email regarding that at this early date.

Excellent experience hiring a car from SIXT. From the way I was met at the desk, the lady was like chatting with a good friend having a coffee. The process was seamless & didn't take long before I was out to my hire car. After a quick checkover, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, the newness of the vehicle & the options in the vehicle. On return, same lovely lady again who couldn't do enough for me to ensure I was quickly processed so I could get on my way on the plane. Will hire from SIXT now all the time & especially if in Griffith, I can't wait to hopefully meet up with the lovely lady who served me. She is a credit to the business👍✨️👏✨️👍
