19th december 2024 Love this store. Bug and spacious and staff are nice too. They let the kids be kids and they feel confidence to interact. We came for small thing but endup buying more than expected. The clothes are so cool
Dev wore them and he liked it. Material is soft and itch free. Now I don't panic when he runs. Have a little fear but the front staff are nice when they hear me calling his name. Rest a sure someone will tell him to get back bec he has his shopping . Here is our happy moment with target alicespring.the talking toy is the hit. Dev is making noe 10 + lego. We got the Bambi and DM4 toy. Target also have display unit for lego .would get them too.

Thanks target for been so nice and friendly and bringing joy in kids life. Good luck staff and have a merry Xmas from dev newnie and Pav (mum)

In my view Target has gone downhill in recent times, it has a much reduced range of merchandise and seems to be concentrating mostly on woman's clothing.
In my opinion it will be closed within 12 months.

I couldn't be more thankful to Larissa who went above and beyond to help me purchase & ship a product to Melbourne for my daughter's birthday. She was patient, professional, helpful, terrifically friendly and went to tremendous lengths to help me out over the course of week while I struggled to get my act together. She is emblematic of the kind of customer service that doesn't exist anymore and I hope the store manager is reading this but she deserves a raise! 😊

Today rang Target Alice Springs as they were the only store to have a product I was after. I spoke to Larissa. I did not expect for one second the service she offered. She organised for me to purchase my products and post them for me. It was all very simple. I had contacted target head office for a similar request recently which ended in nothing being possible. Worth ringing the store and getting that personal service. Thanks Larissa you made my day by your good service.

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a decent sized list of items I needed, and one of the ladies working there took me to each individual section to pick up all that I needed (instead of giving a generic but understandable ‘aisle 5’ type response). A lot of care is obviously taken by the staff and I appreciate it. I was actually quite blown away by the great customer service here. Another lady even helped me take my items to the car. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
