I highly recommend Kym to anyone looking for a helpful, friendly, and professional communications expert. He installed Starlink for me and went above-and-beyond to make sure it was set up in the optimal spot. My property is not ideal for Starlink, and other companies might have just said "Sorry, we can't help you". Not Kym! He showed up on time, went over the options with me, and set everything up in a timely fashion. I found him from other positive Google reviews, and want to add to that archive. I cannot recommend Nortech Communications enough!!!

The communication and customer service from Nortech was amongst the highest I’ve ever experienced. Kym’s quote for installing starlink was spot on for price. We were treated to outstanding service, reliability and technical skill and advice from Kym at Nortech.

Kym came and fixed our unfinished Starlink installation started by another contractor who then wouldn’t return calls. Kym fixed that then installed a wireless bridge to bounce the signal around our block to my office and another dwelling.

He came exactly when he said he would, was respectful and friendly, and helped me with some other techo things while he was here.

A brilliant example of excellent service. We’ll use him again in a heartbeat.

Kym was so good at what he did that we referred him to other people and he ended up installing security systems at 3 more properties with a few more waiting.
