Like many people that start a small business, I enjoyed the work I did until demand outweighed my ability to produce, which meant i needed to employ more and more staff.
Employing staff opened a whole new can of worms, and not something I was experienced or trained in.
Si, and his Academy assisted me and my business management through the setting of realistic goals, accountability, and providing a sounding board whenever it was required.
