What a fantastic family run business. From renting from Cathy to buying with Nickoli every experience is seamless and easy. Cathy, made Our lives very easy during over 6 years we lived in the apartment we were renting through One Stop Property. Any issue we had during this period e.g garage roller door, oven etc...Cathy sorted in a incredible short time, sending the professionals to replace or fix. I insist to say she is a friendly and reliable PROFESSIONAL. She cares about the tenants and also about the properties she manages. If my wife and I ever buy a property in Cairns for investment, Cathy would definitely be the person we'd ask to manage it. Great job from Nickoli and his team. Marketing knowledge was good, at all times professional. Nickoli was thorough he had attention to detail and followed up on all leads. Nickoli was great they got the people through our property and got it sold.

No hassle sale. We had owned our apartment for some time and where renting it out. Nickoli approached us and asked us if we wanted to sell it. We said yes.
Our own work life was very busy and didn't have much time to devote to the sale. Nickoli had all the market knowledge and communication skills so we left it all in his hands. Within a couple of months we had it sold.

TERRIBLE experience with Cathy. Incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout our time leasing a property. I would NOT recommend going through this agency if she is your agent. When it came to the end of our tenancy she tried to take our whole bond despite being nothing but great tenants and leaving the property in an even better state than we found it. Avoid at all costs.
