Original tour booking agent was friendly and helpful, however when we were sent back after being disqualified from scuba diving (the tour group said to return to the original booker who would provide a partial refund) we encountered a different female agent who was extremely unfriendly. She immediately got defensive and blamed the disqualification on us for not filling out the medical questionnaire properly and refused to give a partial refund. When asked to pull up he questionnaire she also refused but gave us a blank one to look at, which verified our disqualifications were not questions on their form nor did we lie in any way. Still didn't get a refund and would not recommend this place due to extremely poor customer service, unfortunate because then original agent (Tammy) was fantastic.
