If I could give no star I would. Worst real estate I have ever rented through. Go on waiting lists elsewhere before you decide to take a house with these guys! Staff turnover is insane, never know who you’re talking to. Recently went through a vacate and they tried to get us to repair so many things that were on our entry condition report clear as day. Principle licensee, Deborah called my wife a ‘piece of work’ in an email because she didn’t want a contractor working in our room whilst I was sleeping for night shift - we’re in a mining town love! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SALES OR RENTING. Made our rental life hell and am so happy we’re with a new real estate. ASK AROUND TOWN- you’ll get the same answer. Our original review was deleted from their Facebook account and my wife was blocked! Shows to me pretty well how guilty they are of being poor agents!
