Raine & Horne Gladstone is a complete disgrace of a property manager. They were handed solid proof of a tenant’s vile threats and property damage, but just called it a “neighbourhood dispute” and did nothing. That’s a total betrayal of Queensland law, which demands they step up and control their tenants. Instead, they sit back, chasing rent while letting danger fester. This agency’s refusal to act is pathetic and puts everyone at risk. Stay far away if you want a manager who gives a damn about responsibility.
