I am extremely satisfied with my experience dealing with the Property Management Team at Ray White Whitsundays so far! I currently reside in WA and entrusted Kate Andrews to get my investment property ready for lease and to secure a new tenant. Kate was extremely responsive and diligent in her approach. No task was too tall and she was able to execute a number of maintenance items in a short period of time to ensure the property was in tip top condition for my incoming tenants. The PM team had regular showings of the home until they sourced the right tenant. Highly recommend!

So have just had an incredible experience with the team. My partner and I are moving down to Airlie Beach and wanted to ensure we have accommodation sorted out for our arrival - we got in contact with Ray White. Donna was the absolutely incredible human that virtually showed me around all the properties for the best fit for us (even going to two in one appointment as we wanted to make the decision very promptly). She was unreal. We ended up getting accepted within the first week and a half of our search and it was the best feeling in the world. The whole team seems extremely kind, personable and understanding through our search and just wanted to say how grateful we are to have gone through them.

For prospective tenants- I would suggest check local knowledge. I would also suggest, should you decide they are your best option: keep records of conversations....... ADDITION-as a response to Ray Whites "customer experience" comment. Having to defend my position for QCAT as NOT being a tenant, because I dared visit my partner. (FYI I can prove I was residing in Brisbane) And having conversations with particular staff members quoting "you are not on the lease" is indefensible in my opinion and rude. Thank goodness QCAT saw the truth through the info presented.
