I purchased property through Joe Bishop 1 year ago, from the very first meeting, knowledge of the area, contacts and as a ex Real Estate Agent now Boat/Yacht Agent (he had no idea) I could not fault him! If you are looking for property with no pressure to purchase call Joe Bishop!!!

After multiple issues with extremely poor communication and lazy management of my investment property in Cannonvale, I terminated the services of this agency, only to find out they had ordered unapproved maintenance on my property about a month prior.
They paid this out of my rent without my approval, and had absolutely no interest in rectifying their mistake.
In the end, after multiple emails to both this office and the Professionals head office, I had to lodge a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading to finally get my money back. Hiring this office was an absolute waste of my time and money.

Professionals Whitsundays was a pleasure to try and rent through; unfortunately, my applications weren't accepted by the owners. However, Yolanda and the team were so lovely and were super helpful; always happy to answer my silly questions and very responsive. I would happily try and rent through this agency again.

Little to no communication by the employee (Tahlia) handling our property, it has been weeks! I would call multiple times and receive no response for days. She also continued to 'find things' even whilst advertising the property as available now! She also allowed the owners to walk through the property to inspect as she didn't really have much of an idea as they were not the initial real estate to deal with our lease. ( transferred over from a Harcourts) Tahlia has NO customer service skills and was clearly unorganised and very rude to me. I felt that the fact I was not in the area anymore was taken advantage of and the process dragged on longer than necessary. These issues could have been easily rectified with effective communication. Not someone I would ever want to represent my business. Not happy! My bond has still not been released and it's been three weeks.
I originally put up this post on their Facebook profile and received no communication or contact in regards to my bond or the unacceptable experience I have been put through the past month.

With COVID I have done something I never thought I would do, and that is buy a house from the internet.

I was looking for a sea change, I had realised that I could run my business from anywhere so I wanted to do it somewhere, where it was warm. I was looking down the coast of Queensland on the Google map and once I can across Airlie Beech I was convinced having never been there that this was the place.

Moving forward I started to call Real Estate Agent - trying to buy a house never been to the town, or to buy property without physically walking in is a bit scary. I knew I was in the right place seeing the beeches and the weather in Airlie Beech.

I came across Anne McDonald and Anne took time to get to know me, what I wanted and what I had been through this year. Anne not just advised me, but took me through what I would love and places I should avoid. Anne taught me about the area and I made a decision. When I got to Airlie Beech I was thrilled to see that the house was exactly as it was and the position covered everything I wanted.

I have run a business all my life. My current business has over 50 employees and we have a lot of alliances and associates. One gets a bit jaded with claims of professionalism. Anne has jumped for me the highest bars and when I sell to buy up, or further invest in Airlie Beech I will only deal with Anne and her team. This company has a great culture.
