Like most people I knew what i wanted to achieve from my website but did not know how to get there and what was involved. My first website designer was based overseas and the communication barrier combined with working remotely was not ideal and as a result my first website was not very visible to my customers, was too basic and overall I was just not happy with it.
So I started looking locally and found Michael. He is very knowledgeable, not only in web design and online store construction but also and even more importantly, SEO (search engine optimisation) and improving google rankings which I have now learnt is extremely important it getting my customers to find my products ahead of the competition. Michael provided a very personalised service, meeting in person and maintaining regular contact throughout the process. He accommodated my ideas and provided alternatives for the times I had none and also provided coaching to me along the way.
