They were super quick with the initial quotation however communication is lacking. We had someone do measurements, then we contacted to get the quote as per their request (which is totally fine). They then resent someone out to redo the measurements, not sure why when they just had to wait for the first guy to give them the details? I have then had to follow up every couple days/each week to get updates regarding our order with them. I paid the invoice a few weeks ago and heard nothing so had to email, and only then did they push for the next step. We are still waiting for installation and have emailed them yet again asking for an update and booking time as they said they would advise but it has been, again, almost a week since I last heard from them. 4 stars because the artwork is exactly what we asked for and the price is great, but communication is lacking.

I have been getting numerous signs of Adam for my business for the last 3 years.
He has made me core flute signs, multiple banners and just recently made the signage for my truck.
His service is always fast and reliable but I'm mostly satisfied with the quality of all the products from Adam.
