We were very hesitant going through another set up after have gone through a couple of not so successful once with other companies before hand. Once getting onboard with limelight and Blair everything has been so much easier. He understood what we wanted out of a web set up and got this organised super smoothly and quick but still professionally. Extremely disappointing experience with Blair. It started off relatively well until it was made obvious he does not know how to build with Shopify (he sends the work offshore to India) which I found out by realising someone had logged into my shopify from India.
I followed Blair up many times in the space of a month about the progress of my website (because he gave no updates at any point) unless I contacted him. I indicated it was essential to complete the website as much as possible before the photographs arrived in a couple of weeks (as photography was arriving close to when the website needed to be launched) I now know 100% that his attempts to delay completing the backend and the rest of the website was purely to suit him and the needs of his business, not me as a customer, i.e offloading work to India. The website could have been ready to go with only the photography needed to be added and little adjustments made. He repeatedly said he could not go ahead with work on the website until he recieved the photographs. He also used code all through shopify (even I know Shopify doesn't need coding), this has now caused an issue with the website as a whole.

Blair's communication style is poor and passive aggressive. He asked unnecessary and personal questions about my business which have nothing to do with the completion of this website, i.e "why do you need to launch on that specific date" as a reaction to me asking about how much more work is needed.

It is clear he is not an expert in Shopify (which is why he could never actually answer anything until he asked his developer in India). This essentially delayed the process of getting the website completed and was a complete waste of time.
He then used his sick mother as an excuse not to contact me the day before the website was due to launch saying he didn't have time but as soon as I told him politely I needed to go elsewhere to make sure the website would be finished in time, all of a sudden he had all the time to help.

I sat on a zoom call with my new web developer who effectively collaborated with me for 7 hours in two days to finish the website for our launch. We also received the photographs at the very back end of the working day and SHE GOT IT DONE. Blair made excuse after excuse and I had no choice but to walk away.

If I hadn't gone to her for help, my website and business would not have launched when I needed it to be despite the fact Blair had everything he needed to complete the project (a shopify site which people can build from watching youtube) a month prior. I was fast and efficient getting this information to him and his response on that email was quote "Perfect! We’ll get started today and keep you in the loop with updates". I never received one single update after that email.

I will now potentially need to (in the future) get someone to undo the unnecessary coding that Blair and his offshore developer did on the Shopify website. I do not recommend him, he's a gatekeeper and clearly double-dips (offloads the work to someone he pays peanuts in India).
