I have nothing but good things to say about Donna and Manage My Marketing! My Google Business Profile had been deleted by someone else and my tailor shop in Bali was suffering from lost business as a result. Fortunately, Donna came to see me for a custom leather jacket she wanted made and I shared my problem with her - without hesitation, she offered to help me out. She quickly created a new Google Business Profile, added all the necessary images and information, optimized it so that we could be found easily on searches of keywords & on maps, and got it verified by Google in no time. We have more customers & have great reviews from them!

It gives me no pleasure in having to write a bad review. I put my full trust in Donna but have now been left to clean up her mess. There are no words to describe how let down I feel.
I required an e-commerce website for my photography business and was quoted $2000. All started off well, until it was time to hand over the website to me. I was asked to test the payment system, which I thought was a little strange as that would be part of the web designers’ job before handing it over. Oddly, the payment system didn’t work, which I thought was extremely suspicious.
After 4 weeks of constantly chasing Donna up for updates, I was advised that the problem could not be fixed. In this time, Donna apologized for the issue and promised to but some products from me, which I assume was her way of smoothing things over. But 2 weeks later, when I dared ask for an update, she rudely advised me that this was not her fault. Excuse me Donna, but this is your business!
Seeing that the issue could not be resolved, the only option was to rebuild the website. I assumed that I would get an invoice for the work needed and to be asked if I wanted to proceed. But instead, she rebuilt the website without any correspondence and asked for more money!! Instead of spending more money, I was happy to cut my losses and go back to my old website as I had lost over a month’s income at one of my busiest times of the year.
In the end, I paid her what I thought was an acceptable amount, which was less than she wanted. After all her unprofessional behavior, I didn’t believe she deserved it. I received the website and to my shock, it was less than perfect. Items in the shop had the wrong descriptions, no descriptions, or the wrong image. There were also faults with the design on both desktop and mobile sites! I felt extremely deceived.
This was the second time Donna had given me an incomplete website and although she did offer to fix the issues, I was not willing to let her touch the website again. I had absolutely no trust in her whatsoever.
I was also informed by Donna that the website should have cost $8000-$10,000 to build. It is not my problem she under quoted me. I put my full trust in her, thinking she knew what she was doing.
Overall, Donna was rude, unprofessional, lacked business sense and was deceiving. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Donna fixed a very serious hack that I suffered when I was in Europe recently. I came home and all my emails were hacked and I couldn't get into them. Even though as Donna says "I'm not a programmer", she fixed the problem including the ones that were linked through my domain. While doing all that she also gave me some great lessons in blog writing and up-loading things to my website. Last year she completely re-built and updated my very old website, and in my opinion her prices are very reasonable.
