Had a horribly traumatic experience with Juno. to cut a long story short, they do not one bit have any design and creativity flair. we submitted hours of our own work on briefs and mood boards (as they couldnt use the 2 we already submitted them) yet they still only supplied us with 3 unusable and identical copies of the examples we sent them. we then advised them that we weren't' happy with these 'designs' as we didn't feel as though they offered any insights and vision as they just merely copied what we sent them just to have them state that we have run out of time and the quote will now double if we want more work done. we then refused to pay them as we did not get what we wanted only for them to threaten us both personally and with our business. to avoid legal action we offered to pay half the quote but refused to have any IP in return as none of the 'designs' were usable.
Avoid at all costs - you would be better off using a $20 overseas designer off of Fiverr
