First off I would like to say that Ms.Jacqueline was amazing throughout the entire process. 2022 was my first year running my small veteran owned business. I was without my vehicle since May of 2022 after an accident and wasn't able to pick it up until December. She was understanding, and very helpful. My cargo van had to go to another shop to get the engine replaced and when I was going through a difficult time with them and my insurance company literally not hearing from them for weeks after leaving messages and calling. Ms.Jacqueline helped me get in contact with them. She also helped me not pay thousands of dollars due to the other shop trying to get over on me due to me being out of state. I will never forget her help and the work D&D did for me. I highly recommend working with them and Ms.Jacqueline!!!
