I’ve had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this agency over the past three years. From the beginning, I was regularly spoken to in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. I was made to feel like my home was a burden or inconvenience to them, they would try to enter my home for inspections without myself being present and as I told them this made me feel uncomfortable I got told my home was out of the way and its a hassle. As a woman living alone, I often felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Despite clearly stating multiple times that I didn’t want strangers entering my home without me being present, the agency repeatedly attempted to gain access to the property without my consent every single inspection. The agents were frequently rude during inspections, and the overall treatment caused ongoing stress and anxiety.

I was a tenant for three years, always paid my rent on time, and my lease continued to be renewed without issue—clearly indicating I was a responsible tenant. When my lease was coming to an end, I chose to move out because I no longer felt comfortable or respected in my own home.

I gave 24 days’ notice to vacate and even returned the keys two weeks early. I was told there would be no extra charges—but now they’re demanding $400 for a minor delay in notice and making it unnecessarily difficult to have my bond returned.

Also worth noting: even if you use the agency’s recommended end-of-lease cleaners, it doesn’t help. They still find things to complain about and use it as a reason to hold back your bond, telling you they’ll just “take it from that.”

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone—especially women or solo tenants. I hope others can avoid going through what I did.
