Very bad experience with Isabella, who sent me an email for an urgent tech role for which interviews were supposed to be done in the same week.
Twice she asked me my availabilities, twice she agreed on a day but then ghosted me when I suggested a specific time.
Twice I had to chase her up in order to get news...
I finally gave up on the role to focus on an offer I got from a more proactive and trustworthy company.
When a recruiter comes across a CV that matches perfectly all the criteria of the job description, then she shouldn't neglect the candidate or it means she is a bad recruiter

They contact you via LinkedIn InMail, schedule a call, ask for your resume, try to get you to agree to submit it or show some interest, and then never give an update. It's unprofessional, pushy, and a disgrace to true hr professionals.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend Sarah Roberts from FourQuarters. I specifically stated to Sarah via email to please not contact my references until I received an offer from her client, as I wanted to be able to advise them to expect a call and also to avoid my references being contacted unnecessarily. Sarah disregarded this request and contacted them without me knowing and I also had no verbal or written offer from the employer. I have never had this experience previously in my professional career and it was disappointing as without recruiters doing the right thing by candidates, recruitment agencies have no business!
