I regret to share my unsatisfactory experience with The Digify Agency or 360 Marketing, whom I engaged to handle the advertising for my café. Their lack of coordination and management led to several significant issues:
• Influencer Relations: The agency assured me that 3-4 influencers would visit to promote our café. However, only two arrived as planned. A third came without prior notice, ordered excessive food, and left abruptly without proper engagement, leaving us to cover the costs. This mismanagement resulted in negative posts from influencers, damaging our reputation by alleging poor conduct and a lack of respect for creators.
• Social Media Management: Despite numerous reminders, the agency delayed our Instagram posts. After 20 days of persistent follow-ups, they uploaded all Christmas and New Year content at the end of January, rendering the campaign ineffective and outdated. They created posts at the start of the month and posted them all at once, without timely execution.
• Campaign Oversight: The agency failed to update promotional posts to reflect our menu changes, leading to customer confusion and dissatisfaction.
• Unfulfilled Promises: They made empty promises regarding influencer visits. I had to remind them repeatedly, yet the planned visits did not materialize. Additionally, influencers arrived without prior notice, ordered food, and left without proper engagement or payment.

This experience has been both frustrating and detrimental to our business. I cannot recommend The Digify Agency or 360 Marketing due to their unprofessional conduct and lack of reliability.
