We were super happy with our website build. Our conversions increased, and we incorporated more value adds using recommended apps such as upsell. Our customers reported it was easier to navigate and we felt the new site really reflected our values and story. The team spent time asking the right questions in order to develop a site that was user friendly as well as owner friendly!!

Biggest mistake our business has made in recent history, especially to pay upfront (just DON'T!). Advised to get a new Shopify website (when we probably only needed a refresh of the old WordPress website), and these guys promoted that it would be ready within 30 days, but it was 8 months before launch (missed the whole summer), with many frustrating months in lack of communication. Lots of extra work done on an idea they said would be simple, at the expense of stuff which was critical. Redirects for SEO from old site was not effective, and we have lost loads of business as a result. They didn't even set up a backup app, and so when we lost the majority of our product images due to an accident uploading a spreadsheet incorrectly formatted, we couldn't restore the site or images. Of course, they shrugged responsibility. Minimal assistance and support after launch. A very costly and unpleasant experience.
