Scam call centre. Always calls from random mobile number. Wouldn't answer questions about where they got my number. Wouldn't answer questions about who they were researching for. Couldn't explain why call was being recorded and who it was for. Didn't take me off their list when asked. Claimed they didn't have to leave me alone because it was electroral. Stupid enough to believe a story about being Bulgarian and waking me up in Sofia. Useless.

Scum. Spam you with calls and dont remove your number. What part of don't call me do you not understand. Will be reporting them for using telecommunications to harass. The number of calls and attitude of the operators is ridiculous.

Call appeared as mobile number. Call sounded scripted (which is actually common for research groups). Both combined always ring red flag. Would have been more receptive if the caller ID identified the as belonging to TKW Research. Would give me enough time to verify authenticity of organisation and participate.

In an age of spam callers, it is the responsibility of comms research groups to adjust practices and transparency to ensure participation from the public.

Does not act like a legitmate research company. They contacted me to ask me to complete a survey. When I asked valid and reasonable questions about who had commissioned the survey and how the information would be used the caller first repeated her script then obfuscated and when I persisted she hung up on me. When I tried to complete their online form to complain about this it didn't work. If you get a call I recommend hanging up. Any company not prepared to answer questions about how your information will be used and by whom and not prepared to communicate with members of the public they are contacting is not a legitimate company. I politely asked them to stop calling me as I have had them call me every few days and I am just not interested. The lady over the phone then responded to me with "I don't respect that" and then continued to make me do the survey. You should respect my request as I never signed up for this.

Called me on 13/2/2025 at 7:46pm!!!! on a 04 number. Left a voice message saying they will call again. NO you will not as I have blocked you. Called me again using different 04 number on 14/2/2025 at 4:29pm!! How did you get my number? and why are you trying to call me on different numbers? This company should be investigated calling at night is unacceptable. Other family members have been getting this scam call! how did you get their numbers? we aren't even in Victoria

I can't get them to stop calling me. I have even tried to be polite and complete the questions and then ask to be taken off the call list but keep getting spam calls. Multiple times in a day.

I'm going through a stressful time at the moment.

I asked them to remove my number and give me some space while I work through this.

They called me back 2 hours later and when I was trying to explain, she just hung up on me.

Please leave me alone and stop stressing me out.
