Love this place and book it every year for the work crew. Karen is amazing to work with and the apartments never disappoint. The beds are comfy and having balconies are always great!

What a brilliant find! Great apartment just in the Village bowl. Our family absolutely loved this accommodation as it was comfortable, clean , great drying room and showers/wc in the aparment. The beds were super comfortable and clean! The views were spectacular and we could just ski in/out to the slopes and the chair lifts are never busy from the Bowls! The only thing I would caution is that there are no lifts but we found this a minor issue. Karen is a great host/manager for these apartments. We will definitely stay here again next year!||Thank you Karen.

Nice comfortable apartment which was clean and warm. Is up 6 flights of stairs though. For the price per night I would expect to be supplied toilet paper and we got 2 rolls for 12 people for 7 nights.
Little things make the difference. Storage facilities were not great for checking in and out and 4pm check in is quite late.
Great location though.

If you're looking for a brilliant location plus nice amenities plus being cost effective, Alpine View is for you.|||| Let's just cover off the stairs: Yes, the top floors have 3 or 4 flights of stairs, but we didn't really notice it. If anything it just added to the morning warmup before skiing! ||||Karen is wonderful and is a brilliant customer service agent. The apartments were very well fit out, with a lovely view and easily accommodated the 10 of us. The bins are collected each morning by friendly young people no doubt trading ski a season lift pass for collecting the bins in the morning! ||||The only 'downside' would be the late late checkin (4pm?) and the early check out (9:30). This seems to be the norm on the ski slopes, but frustrating none the less. They provide storage facilities should you arrive earlier. ||||Would definitely stay there again,

We were 2 families - 4 adults and 9 children. Stayed in the 12 share superior deluxe suites - plan B. ||They put a mattress on the floor for the extra child which worked. The units were very well set out and practical. |Since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon we got good advice to pre-order food for breakfast from Mount Beauty IGA which was delivered and kept by the people at reception - this was a very good idea. |During our stay we just bought extra food from the local grocery store at slalom Plaza. |Also would pay to make sure and get all your ski gear on the day you arrive because with children it takes at least three hours to get it all sorted. If we had waited till the next day to get ski gear, we would’ve missed out on ski lessons. ||The apartment was clean but a little tired compared to the photos on the Internet. the only negative was is that you need to be prepared to climb about six sets of steps every day. |Being a self-contained unit it was actually easier for us to just cook on the barbecue each night which was a warmer, cheaper option and quite honestly easier with so many children after a big day out skiing. |We went out one night to a restaurant which was quick, friendly service and delicious. ||The other thing was we only found out on the second last day that we could have been taking a chairlift from just very close by our apartments to take us up to the top of the mountain for ski lessons - instead of having to take the chairlift from slalom Plaza which was a lot further away. |Having said all that it was still a really good holiday and great for our kids who are teenagers - would recommend for anyone with kids. ||

Our family of four was extremely comfortable in our lovely, pristine clean, quiet and airy apartment. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were very accommodating, flexible and helpful. We couldn't fault anything. The apartments aren't as trendy looking on the outside as some but inside they are wonderful and we really enjoyed the location too, with great bike and walking trail access and a view across the gum trees to the valley. We would love to come back.

We stayed at Alpine view apartments a couple of weeks ago and had a pretty good time just making it out of lockdown by the skin of our teeth. We booked one of the top floor apartments which had 4 bedrooms and a couple of bathrooms. The space itself was really great with a great view of the valley, plenty of space in the apartment which was nice and clean also. I must mention that this apartment is at the top of a few flights of stairs so if you are not fit for walking a lot or have some leg issues it might not be a great option. The heating within the apartment was pretty average and inconsistent, however reception supplied us with extra heaters for our rooms. It would have been nice if the heating was even throughout the whole day as apparently it only comes on once a day and takes a while to heat up.
Not a negative but, there are no condiments in the apartment such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar so make sure to bring absolutely everything with you as it's not a hotel room.
Now the disappointing part of our stay was check in and out. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but due to covid we needed to move our booking forward one night which the managers were good enough to do. As we had arrived early, we were hoping for an early check in (knowing that the room hadnt been booked the night before) As i had my pregnant wife a toddler along we needed somewhere warm for them both. I has sent some messages to the manager regarding this and received no reply and upon arrival has called to speak to someone about check in and received no answer. My wife had to call from another phone to get an answer from reception. I understand that they have rules on check in etc, however we were the only people there in the whole complex and still werent able to check in early. Very, Very disappointing. We were lucky that the people at falls creek hotel let us use their lounge for a few hours.
Not the greatest service i must say, especially that there was nobody around.

Karen and the staff could not do enough for us, they were simply amazing and we have already rebooked for later in the year. The apartment we have was excellent, fully self contained and very comfortable, and very well maintained> It located directly opposite the ski lifts and on the back drop of a panoramic view of Falls Creek. It would be very hard to find better.
