Customer service is disgusting. Printing off a few receipts and she charges me $2 for the first page of every receipt. I ended up paying $30 for what would have cost me $2 at Officeworks. I questioned the price and she starts raising her voice at me, pointing her finger at me "I told you, I told you'. Absolutely horrible experience, I try to support local businesses, but the service here is shameful. Please find the photo attached that states their pricing policy, she literally stole money from me, didn't follow their policy at all.

Walked in to buy a birthday card. I was the only customer.
I went the register to pay.
I stood waiting to be served, the woman at the register completely ignored me for five minutes whilst she was doing some paperwork.
Absolutely no acknowledgement at all.
I returned the card to the shelf and walked out.
Very poor customer service.

Extremely rude and unapologetic staff! Had to exchange an item which was misprinted to which the manager debated for minutes only to acknowledge that it is indeed misprinted but responded as its a cheap item and we cant do anything about it!!!
