I originally bought my property from Brad Hinton at PD Property and his service and attention to detail was excellent. Catherine was then the manager of the property and her team were very responsive; phone calls and emails alwary returned promptly. I have just used Brad and Darren to sell the property and they managed to get the price I wanted within 3 days of the property being listed. As I am an interstate investor and they are my 'eyes on the ground' they made some great suggestions to help the property present at it's best without having to spend a fortune. In the 4 - 6 weeks prior to listing the property, after the tenant left they were very pro-active in getting it ready for market. I can not recommend the team highly enough - I wish all agents were like these guys!

Subject: Utter Disappointment and Waste of Time - Avoid PH Property at All Costs!

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with PH Property. From the outset, they promised a swift sale of my property within four weeks, a promise they failed to deliver on spectacularly. They confidently quoted a sale price, assuring me it was 100% achievable, only to later backtrack and claim it was "too high" after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Their communication and organizational skills were abysmal. They arranged a single open house with a mere night's notice, leaving me highly dissapointed. I had to actively request a second open day, which should have been standard practice. Furthermore, despite repeated requests, they never provided a single written offer, opting instead for unreliable phone calls. This complete disregard for my explicit instructions to put all offers in writing was incredibly unprofessional.
The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. PH Property's empty promises and lack of follow-through resulted in nothing but frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid PH Property.

PH property recently sold our first home! We had Tim & Samantha as our agents. They were exceptional from the beginning. From the appraisal to presenting a slideshow of how they plan to sell our home to us was above & beyond of what we expected.
