If I could give one star here I would. This is by far the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. There is always at least 30 people waiting in line for the pharmacy and they go as slow as they possibly can. There will be 4 people behind the counter and yet they still cannot move people through the line. Don’t even get me started if you happen to come when it is almost lunch. They will stand out there and tell you they won’t serve you even when it’s 15 minutes before lunch. Two minutes too lunch and they slam the gates down. If you can, go to another pharmacy. No one cares here to help you in the least. This place should be shut down.

Negative 5 stars. When I call the pharmacy I need to speak to a person. IVR is not appropriate for serious issues like medication questions. People don’t call the pharmacy to wait around for an hour for a call back. Put people back in the medicine.

The pharmacy is completely unorganized! How does a pharmacist fill a prescription and then misplace it?! Then not have that same rx in stock when asked to redo it. It’s ridiculous!

Don't see the purpose of this store. Requesting customer service for a medicine that's a in a closed case and have waited for over 4 minutes then went to the cashier..the stupid lady going to ask how can she help when they are doing the floors.. how the hell you get behind the counter and why are you open..smh..Walgreens saved the day

I was in store for maybe 2 hours to make an even exchange.!!! The clerk had me waiting forever while he supposedly got the cabinet key. Went to see what was taking so long and he is ringing customers. Then starts helping others while I m standing there. I could go on for maybe 10 more unacceptable actions. The WORST.!!!
