Went to this newsagency last minute to hopefully find a present for my nieces birthday, luckily the owner helped me find one and decided to purchase it. When she opened it she loves it, her new headphones and has been using it a lot! On the plus side as well they have the best birthday cards that i have seen.

Has a huge range of magazines and cards for all occassions. Also this time of year some cute Xmas products for sale. Also has range of gift items, lollies and you can get your tatts here. This part of Hampton Street, known as Brighton Southend, has a good little selection of shops, so grab your mag and go and have a coffee!

went to get a card, the owner asked immediately if i needed help and helped me find the perfect birthday card. highly recommend people to go here and buy their cards they are amazing!!

The new owner is a thief and stealing money from customers. They jacked up the rates so much and were very rude when asked about it. Incorrect rate labels were printed and charged me more at the counter. I am never gonna come again in this store.
The previous owners were very friendly and professional, please learn how to do business from them.

A delivery was taken to this News Agency after we weren’t at home. Trying to pick up the parcel 3 days later and I am told they no longer handle parcels despite my parcel being there at his feet amongst 100s of others.

Bring back the old management because this new owner is full of excuses, rude and can’t name the company who is coming to courier the packages to everyone waiting for their deliver from their shop. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve never wanted to see a local business fail more. They are undeserving.

Our Toll delivery missed us at home and it was left with the News Agency for us to pick up within 7 days. With full time work and 3 kids it is a challenge. We were going to pick it up on the 8th day, but promptly that morning it was given back to the courier to take back to sender. When I called to query on the morning of the 8th day, the guy said "well, it is not my problem, bad luck, I am not going to store your items here".
Notionally I get his point, but compassion and customer service could go a long way. Very upsetting actually.

1) there was never shouting on my part, or any hint or rudeness or aggression, which I find unacceptable, and I make a point of being extra polite when making a complaint
2) I never disputed that what your team did was the correct protocol; my point was lack of compassion, which your reply demonstrates very well. Customer service is what differentiates us from robots, but it is clearly a foreign concept to your team (AI would do a better job at faking compassion I'm.sure)

Was so happy that I was able to find a Tats that was open until 8, which enabled me to gifts which are convenient for Christmas and the owner was so respectful and helped me to find the perfect gift .
