The sales associate, Jamie was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products (AV in Magnolia Room). He was not pushy in any way and gave me honest advice. I ended up with an open box 75” TV (as pictured below) for $183!!!! It was more than the mount! I understand that was a fluke deal and happened to be Labor Day weekend on top of it, but I will definitely be going back to see Jamie for more AV equipment and a fridge! Thank you!!

This was my first time visiting this store. I didn't realize it was a mall and thought best but was a stand alone store. So going inside, I want sure which way to go, there a no signage, or at least none I saw. Another patron heading out with a TV, I figured they were probably shipping tm where i was headed, pointed me in the right direction to the upward escalators. The store is relatively smaller than I thought. But I was just there to exchange a faulty fitbit. I asked a gentleman standing at a podium type desk, and he directed me to the cashier. The cashier didn't seem to understand what I wanted (the watch was a free perk to me from my insurance company, delivered to me by best buy). There was another cashier nearby who helped her out. Teamwork makes the dream work! They sought have the specific model I was exchanging, so she or in an order and I'll pick it up Friday (I put the order in on a Wednesday)
I'll report back with that experience.

Cody was the best person to work with! He is able to resolve the problems I had with my pre-orders and how a 3rd party delivery caused the problem. (I recommended people to be careful with whom the item is shipped with). It's also nice to have someone to speak to that is not some random person on the phone (customer support). Cody is a great man!

This location appears to get a lot of business since it's in a prime location and the only Best Buy nearby. Unfortunately, corporate hasn't put the investment for building improvements or hiring adequate personnel.
The people working there now are great and have a lot to handle. Grateful that my visit went well, and I hope others have a similar experience.

I have bought my laptops, & printers from Best.Buy for the last several years. I brought my 3 yr old laptop in; was initially told that they could fix it; Then told it would have to be sent out, @ my expense; then told could NOT be fixed and I should just buy a NEW laptop; which I did;
Made 3 trips to Trumbull. Like Dell & Max--but set expectations, lots of back & forth. I'm a "Member" -- Don't see the value in having a membership, at all. Was also told that The Geek Squad no longer makes home visits? The guys at the geek counter are sweet but really stressed out by the whole experience.
Got my NEW laptop home, was told all data was transferred--can't get into anything? Make matters worse, see a charge on my bank statements Thought Members were NOT charged for Geek in store services? Now my stress is through the roof!! Disappointed by all of this.

It's bestbuy? No bad experience no great experience. If I want a tv and don't want to wait to have it delivery. Im going there. Also my son loves to play on the elevator, so it's lile taking him to an amusement park.

Store is clean and neat. Unfortunately customer service is just ok. No one asks if you need any help. Once you find and ask an associate, (I asked the employee watching the door) they did get someone over to assist. After that they were helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered online a set of headphones paid for it and went to pick up. They ended up canceling my order even though they had the product there. The reason for cancelation was item wasn't available. I ordered it online again because I wanted the reward points I would get for doing so. I then proceeded to wait an hour at the store just for them to tell me they couldn't give them to me today.

So that was twice I paid for an item they had in the store. But they couldn't give it to me. They said I would have to wait till the next day. Then when I checked status in the morning it said it wouldn't be ready for pick until Saturday.

The staff was clueless at best and lazy. They didn't want to help me at all. It's no wonder this place is going out of business with useless slugs running the place.
