Beautiful rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable (more pillow options would be better). The lounge area is very cozy, I loved the fireplace. A great location for a cold winter's stay. Loved the use of curtains throughout the room.

Kitchen facilities are limited, one pot and pan provided, no oven. Hard to cook a proper meal in. A bbq on the balcony would be a fantastic addition. The popcorn was a nice addition, wasn't enough coffee or tea for more than two days. Upon booking it says for stays of four days or more that you'd have room service, but we stayed four nights and no one came to change towels or top up coffee etc.

The lack of sound proofing the bathroom is a very bizarre choice. The door doesn't shut fully and the door handle is a hole, so no way to fully close off the bathroom. The spa bath is nice but excessively big, uses so much water and takes a very long time to fill up. If ever renovating, a smaller spa/bath would be far more economical!

I would have given it four stars if the price was different. $50-80 cheaper a night would be more suitable. It's quite expensive for what is provided, particularly compared to other villa-like stays in regional Victoria.

This was the most beautiful and peaceful trip I’ve been on. The staff are so welcoming and kind and the rooms are exceptional!!! Very clean and you can tell they are looked after and cleaned very well. It is in a beautiful area as well with shops, site seeing and restraunts near by. The rooms are soundproof making it extremely peaceful. The spas in the room make it so relaxing and there is even Netflix provided on the TV. Beds are extremely comfy and there is enough utensils and fridge space provided!! Would definitely recommend and will be 100% coming back.

Beautiful modern accommodation. Good location with close walk to restaurants. Quiet location with privacy from other guests. Early check in was offered which was very convenient for our stay. Spa was excellent & very decent size. Good sized room and lovely little outdoor area. Definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Very nice and well presented inside and out. Bed a little firm for me but it was still so comfortable all round. |LOVED the bathroom set up. Made it very easy for us to check in as we didn't get in until 11pm. |Lovely and tranquil perfect for what we wanted and it met everything. Chocolates on the bed were great too. |Big towns as well.

Absolutely loved Hepburn at Hepburn. Beautiful modern property with fireplace, balcony, kitchen, comfy couch and surround sound speakers awesome for a movie night! Private and quiet location, with a short drive to town 🙂 awesome restaurants and walking tracks nearby..would highly recommend!

Perfect getaway for couples. Luxurious spa and bedroom that allows you to shut off from the world. The TV location in the room means that you can relax in the spa and still watch your favourite movies and shows. Close proximity to wineries, restaurants and spa/massage centres.

The Daylesford/Hepburn Springs area is a delightful region to visit as part of a longer holiday or a quick weekend away from Melbourne. The Hepburn at Hepburn provides almost perfect accommodation for a few days in this beautiful area.||The Hepburn consists of freestanding "pods" set in a quiet rural gully. These provide luxury accommodation in a quiet, private setting. The pods are perfectly set up for couples and are luxuriously, if somewhat eclectically furnished.||The only comment is that the Hepburn at Hepburn is a little over 10 minute's drive from Daylesford and if you value proximity, it may be too far for some. I found this to be no issue, but the trip may require a taxi if you plan on eating and drinking in town.||The Hepburn is within walking distance of the Hepburn Springs and if this is the purpose of your visit, it would be perfect.
