I had a terrible experience working with Shived and his team for my Google ads, SEO, and website management. Not only did I have to write all the content for my website myself, but they also failed to update any of the pictures after months of promises. I was paying for a service that simply wasn’t delivered. The leads I received were of extremely poor quality, and most were from the wrong areas. On top of that, I had multiple other companies contacting me to point out the mistakes made with my Google ads and SEO strategies. Shived and his team clearly didn’t know what they were doing and didn't take responsibility for the mess they created. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience with you about the service I received from Maxlence Consulting.

First of all, the description of their service and their promises are deceitful. Before the payment was made, they promised everything was achievable. However, their designers are incompetent. They failed to follow customer instructions and all designs and changes were largely based on their assumptions. For example, clear instructions of the label color were given, but the color scheme remains unchanged in submitted work.

Secondly, the quality of the service is poor. The conditions were extremely unfair. They suddenly informed me that they were going to end the project before I received the final designs. After I made a complaint, they even threatened to charge me an extra $850.

So, I paid $1385 to receive the incomplete work that does not suit my needs, the poor service and the threats to charge me more money.
