I would not recommend these boards to anyone. Unfortunately it is very poor workmanship and no customer service. After I initially placed an order. I waited a month before contacting them to ask if I could please have a time frame on my order. I had no response, but a week later I received a shipping notification. My guess is they forgot my order, but who knows as I never heard from them. When I received my boards I will bitterly disappointed. The two boards, that are meant to be the same, are very different. One board has 4 rounded corners, the other board has 2 rounded and 2 square corners. The board also hasn't been sanded properly and has several sharp bits around the edges. The white part you write on is in very different positions on the two boards and two out of four of the tags "first/ last day of" came with no velcro, meaning I had to go and buy some and fix them so I could use the boards for the first day of school. I have tried contacting the business to rectify the situation, but they are not getting back to me (again), so I'm now leaving a review.

I would hate for any other couples to have the same experience as us.
We paid upfront for a wedding stationery package 6 months ago (the wedding stationery part of this business is called 'The Details AU' which doesnt have a seperate google business page).
Communication was easy until we paid and then became very difficult with multiple emails and weeks-months between responses. Eventually a time for the virtual consult was set which they did not attend! We had sent multiple confirmation emails.
Having wasted 4 months and still not receiving adequate communication we requested a refund. Despite agreeing to a refund, it has now been 6 weeks and many further emails without seeing our money.
We have submitted a complaint to VCAT in the hopes of getting our (significant amount of) money back.
The quality of their products was great but I would not risk using this company for an important event.

Highly recommend the team at Little Letter Co. We had a custom cake topper, cake guide and placeholders made for our wedding, and they were perfect! I was amazed at how quick the order was ready, and the items were of such high quality!
