I visited Centre Com Bendigo twice recently and on both occasions I was served by and given advice by "David K".
I wanted to say how much I enjoyed his professionalism and product knowledge, so much so that I felt comfortable and confident that I was purchasing a system to meet my needs. They have in stock many systems and parts and have a good service team.

I had one of those subscription software packages where you had to pay $139.00 each year to keep using it, yes it may have all the bells and whistles, but I don’t need them... I wanted to change this setup to just the one licence version, to use forever without paying out each year. I looked on the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales however this software wasn’t on special. To my surprise Centre Com had it an excellent price. (At the time of writing) I did the ‘click and collect’ option and I had my new software loaded in no time. I found the team friendly and efficient, even for a Sunday ;-). The product range at Centre Com - Bendigo is extensive too and is worth checking out. Well done to the team instore, and a shout out to the very helpful ‘click and collect’ online team too!

Genuinely the only decent Centrecom store. People here are lovely and go above and beyond to assist. Other stores won't even acknowledge your existence until you pull out your credit card (looking at you, Nunawading). David K had my friend fitted with a new laptop, and myself with new peripherals with minimal fuss and a smile

I came to the store with my mates looking for a new laptop n gaming keyboard, the immediate first impression of the store was normal, until I saw all the memes regarding bags n cams. After walking all over the store I went n gotten my choice of gaming laptop and approached the cashier named David.K and boy isn't he a nice lad! Very helpful n informative regarding the computer specs n other extra Items I bought separately. I also work at a tech store so i understand that it’s hard for a salesperson to know every little bit about such a wide range of products, but Mitch from centrecom was an exception and was able to answer all my questions about how to connect rgb fans as well as questions about ssds.

Went in to get help with a new computer system.
Desmond came up to serve us, and put us on the right track straight away. He did not try and sell us something that we did not want, but sold us one tailored to our needs He done a great deal on our system.
He was very helpful and friendly and now we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very friendly place to go for your Computer needs.
