I don't normally leave negative reviews. But my experience was so bad I need to let others know. The team did not understand our brief. The consultant we worked with would not listen to our feedback and just kept talking over us. His copy was OMG awful and they completed work that we had not approved designs for. When we complained about the work, we were offered a 30% refund and a take it or leave it approach.

As a small not-for-profit we found the sudden changes to the AdWords grant extremely challenging to manage, and consequently had our account suspended.

Marc understood the importance of this grant for our organisation and with his knowledge of AdWords he was able to get our account reactivated very quickly.
