I had a very disappointing experience working with Paul at Quazic. Initially, there was a lot of enthusiasm about getting things done, and Paul emphasized how important the 5 W’s workshop was for shaping our strategy. We had our second workshop session on November 7, and I was expecting to receive the final document soon after. However, after that meeting, communication became inconsistent, and despite following up multiple times over the next several weeks, there was little progress and no clear timeline for completion.

Now, as of February 10, I still have not received the workshop document or a refund for the $1,600 I paid. Paul has also stopped replying to my emails. I understand that delays can happen, but once payment was made, it no longer seemed like following through on the work was a priority for him. The lack of accountability and failure to provide the service I paid for has been incredibly frustrating.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Quazic.

We have been working with Paul and his team for almost 2 years now, they've been actively managing our WordPress website and responsible for planning and executing social media marketing plans. The direction and support we receive for our digital marketing initiatives has been imperative to growing our business and aligning key messaging to drive consistent awareness for our obstacle gym.

As a time-poor business owner, it's reassuring that Quazic will prepare digital marketing strategies every 90 days for our business. We immediately saw an increase in our school holiday program bookings with an increase in 64% in revenue. We now have a repeatable process to ensure our school holiday programs are booked our every quarter.

Paul and his team have been instrumental to growing our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram by creating colourful and relevant content. He cares about our business, helps us organise regular meetings and plans out regular posts for us. He also gives great suggestions for content so we can just get photos and videos for those ideas and he and his team do the rest. Being time poor as a business owner working on the business and in the business and being family man left me little headspace for marketing, building websites and creating posts. Quazic has saved us a lot of stress for our digital marketing through socials but also by revamping our WordPress website. Updating it is as easy as asking him and he is always very quick to respond.
